Job Description
Assist the Floor manager in all duties related to floor work, such as :
• Welcoming guests
• Answering the phone to take calls
• Manage bookings
• Serving dishes and beverages
• Preparing drinks such as coffee, tea, cocktails.
• Maintain hygiene level to standard
• Train new waiters/waitress
• Handle some simple daily admin work
Knowledge : Simple computer skills (Excel / Word…)
Language : Good English (speaking and written) – Chinese is a Plus
Experience : Min 1 year working in restaurant (on floor area)
Qualities : Must be dynamic and team worker. Enthusiast.
